Orders over £1000 qualify for free standard delivery, while smaller orders may incur a flat delivery fee calculated at checkout based on postcode and order size. All orders are processed promptly, and you’ll receive tracking information via text message on the delivery day. To ensure products are delivered safely, please ensure someone is present at the property at the time of delivery. Returns Policy
At Scotts Exteriors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.
